1. Certificate (Qualifications)

We issue Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade, ISO 9606, AS/NZS 1554, AS/NZS 1665, AS 3992, AS 2885.2, ASME IX, AWS D1.1 and other internationally recognised Australian standards.

Yes. You must complete both practical and theory tests plus a visual inspection. Once you pass, your certificate is issued immediately.

Most qualifications are valid for life for work purposes, though some industries or clients may require periodic re-testing.

Yes. ISO, ASME and AWS standards are recognised on international projects.

Absolutely. You can take a re-test and provide the necessary documentation for renewal.

Yes. We can arrange on-site exams, inspections and group certification services.

Yes. We provide high-pressure pipeline and gas pipeline certifications such as API 1104.

Fees depend on the test type and complexity. We provide detailed quotes during consultation.

Primarily yes, but limited interpreting support can be arranged to ensure safety understanding.

For large projects we can send inspectors to conduct on-site testing.

2. Welding Training Course

Yes. We teach from the basics through to advanced practical skills.

Depending on the program: MIG, TIG, Stick, Flux-core range from 2 to 24 weeks. For example a 9-week MIG (1 night/week, total 27 hours) for Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade: 24 weeks, 5 days/week, 3 hours per day.

Standard schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:30 am – 12:30 pm.

This varies by course. For example, MIG 9-week course is AUD $1,800 while an intensive practical course (5 days/week, 3 hrs/day) would be AUD $3,500 per month

Yes. We provide job placement support during training, and motivated students often start work even sooner.

All training materials and welding machines are supplied. Students must bring their own personal PPE.

We keep classes small—maximum 10 students—for focused, hands-on training.

No. All training is practical and delivered in our on-site workshop.

Yes. We tailor instruction to match real workplace materials and skills.

4. Employer (Clients & Project Managers)

Typically within 24–48 hours of request.

Through international/national certification checks, practical testing and reference verification.

Yes. We adapt schedules to project requirements.

All EMH personnel carry Workers Compensation and Public Liability insurance.

Absolutely. We can start small and add more staff as needed.

Yes. We place highly qualified tradespeople with the exact codes you need.

Workers bring their own basic PPE; specialised equipment is arranged in consultation.

Yes. We can place workers on a temporary basis and transition them to permanent roles if agreed.
